I’m not sure how to begin explaining this painting other than…um, cats in clothing crack me up. It’s true. And dogs. But cats especially. I was flying home from New York this week and googling “cats in berets”, “cats in boots”, “cats wearing clothes” (you get the gist), and the gentleman beside me was eavesdropping with his eyeballs, looking at my iPad, then at me, like the weirdo I must be, but that’s ok. We all have our quirks. So here’s the result of my love of tea parties, playing dress up, funny felines, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, crazy color, and most important, staying true to childlike wonder.
